Duck Noodle Soup
Quick and Easy
Broth: 4 cups duck stock (or chicken stock), 2 star anise, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 2 cloves garlic (crushed).
Noodles & Duck: 8 oz egg noodles or rice noodles, 2 cooked duck legs (roasted or store-bought, shredded or sliced).
Garnish: Bok choy or spinach, sliced green onions, cilantro, chili crisp.
